Et j'ai une caméra numérique qui fait WebCamSyntek (appareil photo, webcam, enregistreur vocal, enregistreur AV, DSC)

Objectif

• Faire fonctionner la webcam
• activer la compression et le zoom (automatique si possible) voire le suivi de visage...
• faire fonctionner le micro intégré MdkBug:10634 (interwiki) MdKBug:11576 (interwiki) MdkBug:9556 (interwiki)
  • libpwlib1-plugins-alsa pwlib-plugin-alsa plugins-v4l
• comme ça, ce sera complet avec SyntheseParole : digne des petits génies ;-)

Essais

• avec le kernel 2.6 cela devrait fonctionner, au pire en kernel 2.4.22...
• j'avais réussi avec Mandrake 9.1 à faire fonctionner et la webcam et son mode compressé, pas le micro cependant (avec xawtv je crois que j'avais essayé).
• depuis Mandrake 9.2 puis maintenant 10 j'ai pas eu trop le temps de regarder (la version alpha de pwcx 9.0 est intégrée au noyau par Mandrake normalement donc gnomemeeting devrait mieux fonctionner !)

• abandonné ???

gnomemeeting

• l'audio ne fonctionne plus en Mandrake 10.1 beta1
• comme d'hab manque la gestion du format YU420 => module pwcx avant kernel-2.6
• le réglage audio fonctionne (c'est la 1ère fois que j'entends ce qui est enregistré au micro de la WebCam), arg je crois que c'était en 9.2 : en 10.0 avec kernel-2.6 pas grand' chose (si : la video s'affiche, pas le micro, mode compressé je sais pas... m'enfin elle est pas grande la vidéo sur un 1600x1200...)
